ABOUT LISA
London International School
for Aviators (LISA)

The London International School for Aviators (LISA) established in London, UK is at the heart of aviation excellence and is the education and training wing of Kohinoor Global Services Ltd., a dynamic aviation services company headquartered in London. We are a premier training facilitator, and specialise in building the blueprint for success. Kohinoor Global Services Ltd is backed by Sha-Shib Group, one of the largest groups in Asia Pacific involved in Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering programs (under CAR 147), Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Organisations (CAR 145 MROs), while running various Flying Training Organisations (FTOs) and other academic organisations.
LISA strives to actively serve working aviation professionals, students aspiring to build their careers in the aviation industry, aviation entities like airlines, aircraft maintenance repair organisations, CAMOs (continuous air-worthiness management), FTOs, and aviation academics established in UK, by providing them with the tools to bolster their professional careers within the country as well as internationally. LISA is thus developing a wide range of specialized training programs designed in line with the academic rigor and industry standards rooted in the United Kingdom’s aviation training framework, following the national and international standards and regulations.
These transformative programs are carefully designed to meet the highest international standards, empowering aspiring professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and technical expertise needed, with periodic re-assement of mandatory training requirements, as well as intermittent skills enhancement to assist excellence in highly competitive sectors like the aviation industry, IT industry, and more. These programs are cultivated under the expertise of professionals at the forefront of their respective fields, like aircraft maintenance engineers, pilots, retired EASA officials, retired prominent personnels of various regulatory bodies in aviation, and certified trainers available in the UK and internationally.
In addition to this, LISA aims to promote the streamlined training programmes designed in the UK across different countries within the aviation professionals, airlines, aircraft MROs, FTOs, CAMOs, academic organisations, students seeking to build their career in aviation etc, at organisations based internationally. We do this directly as well as in collaboration with various entities around the world, thereby ensuring that the excellence and quality associated with the UK education system is shared globally as suited to their respective regulatory bodies.
At LISA, we meticulously research educational gaps across industries and regions, and design cutting-edge, industry-specific training programs to bridge them, in alliance with our global network of training institutions, ensuring ever-evolving relevance, innovation, and impact.
Through strategic partnerships, LISA thus positions itself as a gateway for both professionals and students — strengthening the UK’s aviation training footprint while providing opportunities internationally, fostering a platform for exchanging expertise and knowledge via institutional partnerships and a widened global academic reach.
